4 Bedrooms (sleeps 8 comfortably) – 4½ Baths; 6,500 sq. ft. 1500 sq. ft. penthouse bedroom occupies entire top floor, has 2 ocean view terraces, bar, sitting & dining area, marble bath with ocean view. 3 other spacious guest rooms have private terraces and baths. 2 of the bedrooms have full ocean views and 1 overlooks an interior garden. Air Conditioning throughout with separate room controls. Heated “infinity” pool dramatically perched over the surf.
Rental Information
Ensconced behind the landmark Los Arcos rock formation, Casa Marilú III is located 10 minutes south of town, in the middle of the luxury hotel zone and close to the best beaches Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The villa is in walking distance of famous Mismaloya beach.
The main level living/dining area has comfortable oversized couches, high ceilings and skylights, an interior garden, a stereo, and bar.
Floor Plan
On the main floor, the living room draws a wide curve overlooking the ocean. Folding glass doors invisibly mark the limit between the comfort of oversized couches and the Pacific Ocean.
Outside, a shaded terrace, a heated infinity pool, and with palm trees – bring a tropical beach right to the villa.
You can also spend a day in town and go to Daiquiri Dick’s Beach Club or any of the other nearby beach clubs and get a chair, chaise and umbrella for the day. You can make a reservation for however many chairs you need the day before and go paddleboarding, parasailing or banana boating from the beach. Fun to have drinks and lunch and spend the day! After you are done with the beach you can walk into town over to Basilio Badillio Street for shopping at Casandraw Shaw’s for jewelry, Contempo Gallery for Art or Banderas Bay for home goods. Have a 2×1 Mojito at Joe Jack’s Fish Shack or a beer to go at Steve’s Sports Bar. The glass store is also fun at Insurgentes and Basilio Badillo Streets. Also, you will find flea markets here – always a bargain!
The Journey to Our Service
As a business to provide home to stay and enjoy your vacation and visit world’s best vacation home, we are so proud of our achievement till here and we promise to serve you with the best till we are in this business. But before that, we would like to share our experience and journey with you on how we started and where we were in our starting point. As a vacation renting company, when we first started our business, I as a owner of company was dealing with a speech problem, I was always less comfortable to talk to people in a group or make people understand my speech. And as an owner of a business where you need to deal with a customers in a very polite and careful way where communication matters the most, I was finding it difficult and started to think about how my weakness can bring loss to the business.
One day we met with a staff of the Best Speech Therapists who were so generous to understand my problem and guided on how I can get over this and live a completely new life with more confidence and great enthusiast. He was the therapist of Spark Speech Therapy company and he suggested me to join the therapy session to improve my problem. I was happy to know that he acknowledged my problem without judging me and provided me the solution for it. I joined the speech therapy and I was surprised on how my problem was slowly showing improving and my speech was clear. They have been serving their clients or students for more than a decade with a very impressive results that makes them satisfied when they complete our sessions. They helped me with life changing solution and I am always thankful to them.

Casa Marilu III features an English speaking concierge, maid, and a houseman who will greet you with smiles as warm as the Mexican sunshine. Our rates do not include tips to the staff. Tips, of course, are totally up to you. We suggest anywhere from 18-20% of your rental bill, depending on the service of course. We ask that you please tip each person independently. The staff works very hard for your gratuities and very much appreciate them!
